What's wrong with that? And it's not as though this guy got fired for casually expressing a sexist thought, or a casual sexist word.
But in general women-as-women don't benefit from sexism, individual women benefit from sexism because of their jobs, their friends, etc.

So I guess I'd say... yes? We do need to understand that not only men have a stake in sexist structures?

But that doesn't change the fact that women-as-a-class are harmed by them and men-as-a-class benefit from them.
