using their private power to enforce their cultural norms? In a way that doesn't prevent people from living normal, happy lives?
Like yeah, there are women invested in sexist structures, same way there are POC invested in racist structures, for various reasons.

But in general women-as-women don't benefit from sexism, individual women benefit from sexism because of their jobs, their friends, etc.

So I guess I'd say... yes? We do need to understand that not only men have a stake in sexist structures?
