It won't! Liberalism is based on notions of common humanity and as such is incompetent to deal with genuine diversity.
Common humanity liberalism is insufficient to address those needs, interests, desires, and goals we inherit from our differences themselves

Liberalism works well with "within-frame" diversity: we agree on form of argument + premise/facts, we disagree on arguments/conclusions.

Liberalism is bad at diversity of frame: we disagree on the rules of the road and core premises. So... move past liberalism.
