Well first, depending on geography/region, Dems will do better electorally by focusing on base turnout (in messaging and organizing).

Many pro-life Dems were on board during the "safe legal and rare" days of Clinton, but can't get with the "shout your abortion" folks.

Can be to say that we do want abortion to be rare, and it's Dem policies that make abortion rarer, not Republican ones.

Also you can push back on the notion that "life begins at conception" is Scriptural. A "culture of life" argument can be valid...

but the notion that embryos have civil rights (and rights that trump the bodily autonomy of the women) is just not justified by Scripture.
