Being able to tell young POC, "if Dems retake the house, this bail reform is going through and here's how that'll improve YOUR life."
That's really big. It gives people a reason to want to be in on the process. And then if Dems DO take the house, bail reform goes to Trump.

and if he vetoes, that AGAIN sets us up in 2020 to say to POC "listen I know you think it doesn't matter, but here's how it does."

and then in 2021, we get a rockin' bail reform bill, AND greater POC engagement so broader criminal justice reform becomes more likely.
