Obviously that is fundamentally opposed to socialists who believe the free market is ultimately an obstacle to human happiness.

I too grow tired of the attacks on the Dem establishment, which includes 1st black prez and 1st female major party nominee.

But I am also sympathetic to the socialist (and non-socialist!) critiques of the free market as the best means to human happiness.

The push for pure socialism is a pipe dream. It's a way for lazy radicals to avoid having to do any real work toward achievable goals.

I dunno I have socialist friends who are also putting in the concrete work to create change AND move towards full socialism.

Bullshit. They are NOT moving towards "Socialism" they are moving toward expanded social programs. VERY EFFING DIFFERENT.

I mean... insofar as the DSA (or Berniecrats) build "class consciousness" socialists would tell you they're moving towards socialism.
