Anyway, my personal hope---and I've been wrong on this issue before---is that there is room in the party for pro-choice dems...
who do believe not in just "Safe, Legal and Rare" but in "Safe, Legal, Rare, and Respected." Respect for women's choices and women's bodies.

if I were a party leader, that would be the compromise I would put on the table first. But I'd also be ready for women to reject it.
