@tedcruz 'skinny repeal' makes no sense. It's the worst of all worlds.
Obamacare was all about expanding access. It may (or may.not) have slightly increased premiums beyond the rate they were already going up.

But it made it so way more people could get healthcare. Meanwhile, Republicans complained and said we have to do something about premiums.

That failed. Now we're at skinny repeal, which makes premiums go UP! AND kicks people off insurance.
