So the simple answer is: black people who have financial success often have had white teachers, professors, colleagues, friends, bosses...

they've spent a lot of time in places where white culture is dominant, where white culture is "normal." So they understand white people.

By contrast, most white people have not spent time in majority-black spaces where black culture is "normal"

and they certainly haven't had to depend on their ability to do well in those spaces in order to, you know, make a paycheck.

You've gone a long way from your original argument, is it due to lack of substance? You can argue a lot of points, but none of them well.

Black people have to spend time around white people to make money & be successful. So we know whites better than whites know us.
