The point people took issue with was the contention that the west is under attack, and implication that other cultures are a threat.

So if a dog whistle can only be heard by dogs, and I don't hear it - but you do - does that mean you are the "dog?" And what does dog mean?
Just cause you can't hear it, doesn't mean you don't learn to recognize the whistle by its shape, color, contours---and who reacts to it.
