I would disagree when it comes to primary care. Everyone wants to specialize because you can make 2-3x as much. We need primary care docs.
But also I think a big step forward would be to perhaps reduce doctors' payments, but greatly increases subsidies for med school.

Would up the number of doctors and it would let us pay doctors less overall without feeling like we're punishing doctors.
