"Everybody says so" is just kind of a weird response that doesn't make me want to believe you is all.
When somebody says "where did you get this info?" And you don't answer by saying "I found this info here," it makes me skeptical of the info

And it sounds like your answer is "I went and read the opinions myself and from that reading I can tell you xyz."
