I really and truly believe the solution to our politics today is to truly invest in the idea that everyone is in the room.

And our politicians truly have to change so that they are making an effort to speak to and not just speak about ALL of them.
Our politicians need to speak to America, not their constituency. We need institutions that can speak everybody's language.

That's how we will survive these massive divisions in our country (if we survive these massive divisions in our country.)

Because speaking "their" language without show that you know "we" are in the room makes it really really hard to trust someone.
