Now, I suppose if those institutions have never been good to you, you have no apprehension about them falling apart.

But from Obama's own perspective, which sees America's institutions and structure as in need of reform, not revolution

Doing anything to further undermine public confidence in institutions is profoundly unwise. Doesn't matter if Bill Clinton did it.
