Now, I suppose if those institutions have never been good to you, you have no apprehension about them falling apart.
You perhaps (understandably, but I think incorrectly) see chaos as superior to a system you ALWAYS knew was corrupt.

Doing anything to further undermine public confidence in institutions is profoundly unwise. Doesn't matter if Bill Clinton did it.
