I was comparing with Clinton's speech at the Schomberg which, for all her lack of rhetorical skills, really nailed it on messaging re: race.

One asset I felt was underutilized was a video showing BS speaking on why he voted for 94 Crime Bill, and that it was only bc of VAWA.

But people have a gut reaction to "oh yeah, I couldn't get a home loan from the big bank OR the local savings and loan," you know?
