men pretty obviously have an advantage in moving up in an organization that Pence leads/is influential in.
like... can you even IMAGINE a woman having the same rule? It'd be a HUGE handicap in advancing her career.

the only reason Pence can do it is because 90% of the time whatever influential person he wants to meet with to get a leg up is a man.

The rule isn't bad because it's like... prudish or something. It's bad because intentionally or not, it's a handicap to women around him...
