as though he's not aware that even if that happens, it won't happen until either a) the 2018 midterms are in full swing,

b) the 2018 midterms have passed and he has an even slimmer margin for error than he does now bc Dems have picked up seats, or,

c) the dems control the House and he has no hope of passing
#Trumpcare at all. This was his best shot, and he blew it.
