can't we be 100%pro-police &also acknowledge the police sometimes abuse power &need to be held accountable? why is that even controversial?

Much of the evidence we've seen suggests that many if not most PDs DO encourage/require officers to dehumanize others.
and the cause of reform is centered on the marginalized certainly but we can also appeal to the dignity of upholding the law
