you say many of these black ppl are totally excelling and doing great, and yet not moving up the ranks...

so people who are working really hard and doing really well are not getting the rewards that come with leadership

I assume this includes more pay, certainly more influence and prestige.

if someone who works just as hard doesn't get as far, doesn't that mean the system is rigged against that person?

not if the person doesn't work within the perameters of the system.
