I don't think the AA lower achievement as anything to do with "nature" so I don't know that

get a white boy from small town Nebraska and put him in the hood of Chicago and I imagine there wouldn't be

any difference between him and anyone else of any other wthnicity

much like we saw over overseas, it's culture, ideology and philosophy that have a much greater effect

and leave it at that? Or should we provide more opportunity so that culture/philosophy/perspective can change?

after all, the best way to change someone's outlook on life is to give them different life experiences.
