First he will stop the flow of the migrants he does not believe will assimilate rapidly. Pragmatically this means all non-Europeans.

Then (or concurrently) he will seek to expel ("peacefully" they'll claim) any non-assimilated non-citizens, then citizens, here now.

And the ultimate goal will be either full and rapid assimilation or expulsion for all. #StopPresidentBannon
