this is my background. Most have women and POC assoc. pastors. Basically none have black or female senior/lead pastors.
A certain degree of diversity (tokenized or sincere) is agreeable---as long as who really holds the power doesn't change.

I don't think anyone deserves tolerance cookies for representation that does not change culture. That's just assimilation.

there's no magnanimity in "allowing" people to assimilate into your existing structure. It's not really engaging w\difference
