A certain degree of diversity (tokenized or sincere) is agreeable---as long as who really holds the power doesn't change.
this is my background. Most have women and POC assoc. pastors. Basically none have black or female senior/lead pastors.

I don't think anyone deserves tolerance cookies for representation that does not change culture. That's just assimilation.
