I don't know about anybody else, but when I talk about Trump voters who accept bigotry but don't prefer it, I am talking about the margin.

it's not about denying that Trump voters were OK with bigotry. It's about recognizing that those voters make up the margin.
those who are in it for the white nationalism are not voters who are winnable by any Democratic party I can be a part of.
