theoretically, a winning left coalition still needs white women >=50%.
and perhaps after white women see how Trump works out for them we'll see more WW looking over the fence at this side.

I blame evangelicals tbh. They've effectively branded Democrats as anti-Christian. I don't see that stranglehold loosening.
