Hey @JetBlue, listen I get you not letting people do skype calls on planes. But I need to know in advance that I can't access Skype period.

again, totally fine, but the lack of a heads up is very much not okay. This should be rectified ASAP.
responded reasonably fast, but they still need to get with @Skype and figure out how to let us chat even if VoIP doesn't work.
