almost any time he was asked about race or gender, he pivoted to it being an economic argument
to my view, his level of incompetence as far as racism goes is average to above average relative to all caucasian politicians

no it doesn't. Because he never says it doesn't exist. He talks about what he knows about, and has the "right" policy positions.
