But I guess it’s more like “people need to stay out of white churches,” bc the white supremacy preached at many of these churches ain’t no better for white folks’ souls than it is for black folks’ psyches.

as a queer Christian (who barely goes to church anymore), um, CAN CONFIRM, lol. But I also think that on average black churches do more good than harm. I don't feel that way about many/most white evangelical churches.
