The opening of ROTJ is just a perfect parallel of Vader and Luke. Luke is menacing, demanding, force-choking people, talking and acting like Vader. In 1983, that was us getting a glimpse of what Anakin was like before the Prequel films came out.

Kraus is an artist. A finished product regarding technical mastery of his voice, who may have written the book of the year.
These people drive me freaking insane. Any living person who has broken in, or is trying to get an agent AND break in, understand that long-term financial viability of authorship comes from a backlog that's curated over years and years of success.

Just read ’s YOU GO WHERE IT TAKES YOU, and I haven’t been this moved by a short story since Wells Tower’s collection EVERYTHING RAVAGED, EVERYTHING BURNED. Nathan’s prose are sharp, powerful. When his stories end, they leave wreckage. There is no higher compliment.
