I’m happy to explain the relationship between different .NET implementations and why .NET Core is real OSS with no hidden agenda. But in the end, the great thing about the current state of .NET is that nobody has to my word for. All the information and code is public.

It’s all public, it’s all free as in beer and liberty. Microsoft has publicly supported many open source projects through@dotnetfdn and @linuxfoundation as Platinum sponsors. Add in the code contributions to projects like Docker and Git, now this is a different organization
