Is there a downside doing it / is it a major time-commitment to maintain it? As IH becomes more popular in the next 1-3 years it'll add up.

Yeah, depends how often ppl click links in old interviews vs new. If not enough old clicks, revenue won't accumulate

…and it won't be worth the time. But if old content continues getting lots of affiliate clicks, revenue can build up

Your content is A+ and you'll find plenty of ways to repackage it later. People will sort by revenue and other categories to explore I think
