Have you considered the possibility that she is involved with this exact lawsuit and most remain publicly silent because of it? I have no idea if it's true, but judging by her activism, I wouldn't be surprised if she is involved with fixing this within the company.

Starting backfires can backfire. When I look for moral compass / high ground while reading the MIT CSAI email thread, my first thought is NOT: "let's ask this employee of a company accused of sex trafficking who didn't say a word about it in 6 months".
