So close to my pre surgery weight after 4 years. I weighed 78kgs in early 2018. 2 Surgeries, bad recovery and habits took me to 90kgs and then to 102kg by the the end of 2020.
Have finally dialed it back to an acceptable 85kgs now. Now to strengthen while dialing down to 80.

So, 's class was awesome yesterday - The teachers were on mute for the whole session. Kids had to figure out, organize themselves, have a discussion, all on their own.
The kind of learning my kid gets - even if just a few teensy hours a week, it's just #amaze!

Open terminal & run:
