The City/County of San Francisco has had decades to get TF over itself, and realize the whole city needed to be zoned for ~ 5-12 stories to accommodate all the housing it actually needs.

In the debate over the CID station locations one point we made at was the importance of upzoning at other stations, as smart policy for housing & climate as well as a way to protect CID and other areas from displacement pressure. NE 130th needs a major upzone.
