Please, this is an exaggeration. The experienced person certainly carries the majority of the burden, but communication is a 2-way street and requires effort from both sides. As a student, working on my own mindset was often just as important as listening to what I was thought.

I agree with the assessment, but if everybody behaved precisely how the original tweet explained, the world would be just as bad. I think communicating a balanced view is preferable over advocating for a pendulum just as titled, only in the opposite direction. We need dampening.
