It’s not disingenuous at all - physical traits and behavioural traits have very different genetic architectures and biological underpinnings

No doubt; but both are subject to the same forces. Absent evidence suggesting otherwise, it is reasonable to expect both alleles associated with physical traits, and those associated with behavioral traits, to co-vary within populations.

No, there is no reason why they would co-vary. Unless you think a gene for melanin somehow changes IQ. Or you think one needs a different IQ to survive when the sun is shining.

That's a ton of bullshit. 1. IQ is highly dependent socio-economic background, and after correcting for it, the differences are neglible. You can't predict IQ from race.
