      Cypriots are genetically intermediate between Greeks and Lebanese, but closer to the latter. Some overlap with island Greeks like Cretans.pic.twitter.com/IavdxVyQai

      You can't define Cyprus as one ethnicity. 20% of Cyprus (north) is Turkish. Without data that confirms this differentiation, it's worthless.

      On this plot there are 7 samples, all of which are noticeably closer to Lebanese than mainland Greeks. They're not all Turks.

      You missed the point I was making. There is no Cypriot ethnicity that encompasses north & south. You can't treat the whole of Cyprus as one.
