Disgraceful. No precedent in American politics in nominating a candidate so bereft of morals, on record of having hurt many ordinary people.

I dunno, Andrew Jackson did kill a man and take a married woman as his wife. Kind of a SuperTrump.

Jackson killed a man over his wife's honor in a duel. A barbaric practice? Maybe. But his intention can be seen noble even today.

Jackson also raised a Native American child, was a war hero, & was a leader in his community—regardless of his personal politics.

Invading Spanish Florida on your own initiative as if you were Julius Caesar is also something Trump has never done.

I see two distinct thought processes that might lead to supporting Trump: A personal reasoning, & a pragmatic political one.

If you were part of Jackson's agragrian farmer base, his actions in Florida pleased you. He responded to your wants.
