I was watching some NFL documentary and suddenly ex-49ers coach Steve Mariucci appeared as a talking head. Mariucci never played beyond division II football, but as soon as I saw his eyes I guessed what position it was he played: he was an all-American quarterback:pic.twitter.com/vptoLOjGLy
Which is another reminder that elite quarterbacks aren't just more likely to have blue eyes, a fair number of them look like albinos. Also: Mariucci, like Montana, is another blue eyed (part?) Italian which me feel that ethnic confounding is not part of the result.
