Wikipedia says her birth name was Wen Suqin, Wen being the family name, does "Suqin" mean "seventh sister?"

I think it would be more appropriate to say she was generally known as seventh sister (Qimei). I don’t think she actually had six sisters though (although idk, possibly this was a nickname from school or from after her own mother’s remarriage)

They'd be known by a feminized version of their family name and then "the older," "the younger" or "first, second" etc. I don't think Roman women had personal names until Christianity. But unlike the Romans, their predecessors the Etruscans always had personal names for women.
