I would imagine someone with potentially high but surprised verbal IQ would be considered funny, quick witted, and fond of debate and politics, if they didn't know all that many specific facts about the world.

What if it is reflected in some people grasping maths or other logical concepts very quickly but being unable to verbalise the reasoning? That might come to be called ‘intuition’.
