But even more than the glow I think the distinguishing thing about Mormons is that they're in certain ways more masculine, with lots of stubble, thick eye brows, muscular cheeks and a tendency to go bald earlier in life. Sometimes Mormons guess wrong and that's interesting, too. I've heard it said that part of the reason John Stockton was so popular in Utah was that he looked Mormon even though he was a Catholic. And he does, I think: the glow, the ever present stubble, the thick eyebrows:pic.twitter.com/tiYHgdHvxB

Having travelled in the Southwest a lot I agree. They seem to be physically healthier somehow and there’s a vague wholesomeness or old-fashioned-ness. Like time travellers from the 1950s, even in modern clothes. Or if someone took an elderly person and reverse aged them.

I believe they drink a significant amount less of alcohol than average population but then I would love to see their sugar/sweets consumption as it has to be higher. I wonder what this all has to do with collagen production in womb for Mormon pregnancies
