The study is of a piece with those indicating decreased grip strength in millenials and with the fact that while elite American arm wrestlers have an average age in the early 40s, those in Eastern Bloc countries are around 29. IT would seem Russians are safe for now.
The graph shows only a small change at the 50th percentile, but a huge drop at the 3rd percentile (for German boys). Seems like whatever is happening is only affecting a small segment of the population, no?
