It's not Germanic at all, so what is it?
There's not really a unified Germanic appearance and even if there was the English are at most 1/3rd Anglo-Saxon. In the British Isles there are a lot of guys with dark, curly hair and caterpillar eyebrows, especially in Ireland and Scotland. As far as I know Brand seems normal.
