I suspect Russians might rank as the largest brained Europeans. The correlation between brain size and intelligence is real but very weak (~0.3), but I think size is a better predictor of visuospatial ability, of the kind seen in big brained East Asians.

That sort of ability is highest in Mongolians and Siberians afaik, and they apparently have larger brains than the high-IQ groups like the Japs and the Koreans
