A beautiful result that perfectly conforms to know. history, showing a Swedish origin for East Germanics, followed by a long trek through the remnants of Scythia before settling in Eastern Europe and being overwhelmed by Huns.
I know Gepids aren't Goths (both E. Germanic), but Davidski modeled a Gepid Serb as: 35.2% Balkans_IA", 28.2% Nordic-IA (from Sweden), 26.4 Scythian, 6% Han, 3.8% Nganasan. http://eurogenes.blogspot.com/2018/03/first-real-foray-into-migration-period.html …

Another thing Davidski has noticed is that practically every E. Germanic skeleton he models comes across as part East Asian, thanks to the Huns (whose most famous leaders had Germanic names like "Attilia"). Today's central Euros are 0%, so Goths were probably a racial dead end.
