I'm from rural Minnesota. At my ten year high school reunion I was able to compare everyone's height and I was the exact median: 6 foot even.

Everyone or just male humans? That would be some height for female humans.

Well my mom is only an inch shorter than I am, but much like how black guys use "everyone" as a synonym for "black guys", I use it as a synonym for "Big male Norwegian farmers".
