People that occupy the modern North European section on PCAs don't appear until Corded Ware, after the first writing at Sumer and Egyptian unification. Distinctly NW Europeans do not appear until Bell Beaker, which coexisted with Babylon.

And even these people were brown skinned, which is more important than it seems because skin color is likely a good proxy for a general suite of adaptations to a northern agricultural lifestyle (I think selection against schizophrenia alleles in northern latitudes might be big).
