Siberia? Don't think so.
40,000 year old Tianuyan Man of Beijing had it, later Siberians didn't. Archaeologists have been reporting the existence of 33,000 year old artifacts from Monte Verde since the 80's, but no one seems to take them seriously except maybe German Dziebel.
